This can be done for the 150 and cn and cfmoto 250 1. Take off the tire and fender 2. Remove the muffler 3. Remove the muffler mounting bracket and the eight 8mm bolts that hold the CVT cover on. 4. Remove the CVT cover 5. Remove the nut on the variator and take off the fan. ( An impact wrench works best) 6. Take the belt off the variator side and pull the variator out and lay it down on the sloped side 7. Take the back off by pulling up on it until it comes off. Remove the old rollers and replace them with the new ones. 8. Put the back part of the variator back on and hold it in place while you slide it back on to the shaft 9. Replace the belt by putting it on the pulley on the clutch side first. Squeeze the pulley in about ¼” so the belt will sit inside. (ONLY A LITTLE) DO NOT PUT THE BELT ALL THE WAY INSIDE THE PULLY. 10. Slide the other end of the belt over the variator shaft. Replace the fan and nut. 11. Replace the CVT cover, the muffler mounting bracket, and muffler. 12. Replace the tire and fender and RIDE, RIDE, RIDE!!!

Main Torque Spring Replacement  (Main Torque Spring)

This Process can be used on the 150, 250 buggys and scooters along with some atv 1. Take off the tire and fender 2. Remove the muffler 3. Remove the muffler mounting bracket and the eight 8mm bolts that hold the CVT cover on. 4. Remove the CVT cover 5. Remove the nut on the variator and take off the fan. (An impact wrench works best) 6. Remove the belt. Then remove the nut on the clutch bell. 7. Take the clutch bell off, then remove the clutch by sliding it off the shaft. 8. Lay the clutch on the ground and put your feet over both sides and remove the nut. 9. Slowly lift up on your feet so the spring doesn’t fly off at you. Take off the clutch and replace it with the new one. 10. Put the clutch back over the spring and push down so you can get the nut on. Tighten the nut. 11. Slide the clutch back over the shaft, put the clutch bell back on, and put the nut on and tighten it up. 12. Replace the belt by putting it on the pulley on the clutch side first. Squeeze the pulley in about ¼” so the belt will sit inside. (ONLY A LITTLE) DO NOT PUT THE BELT ALL THE WAY INSIDE THE PULLY. Only about a ¼” or it will get stuck. 13. Slide the other end of the belt over the variator shaft. Replace the fan and nut. 14. Replace the CVT cover, the muffler mounting bracket, and muffler. 15. Replace the tire and fender
